We offer you comparisons to similar competing properties in your market and you can benchmark progress as compared with other similar destinations we visit. F&G currently works with over 750 different clients worldwide and your executive team can compare your property’s performance in a number of different ways to the regional and national average of the average scores of competitors we evaluate, and draw other comparisons that would include a compilation of the scores from other commercial properties.


	Our History Report provides each property with a comparison of its current evaluation score to its past scores so that progress can be easily tracked.

	Our Universal Reports compares the property's score to the recent scores of three of its nearby competitors in all areas that were evaluated. The computer will format a report presenting the scores of three of the hotel’s closet competitors, selected randomly by the computer, and offer their scores side by side for comparison purposes, but hiding each of the identities of your competitors as Hotel A, Hotel B, and Hotel C to preserve the integrity of all clients. This report offers valuable insight by indicating how your competitor did, score by score in its market.

	Our Summary Reports The executive level management of the resort can also compare the property's to other similar properties by size, star/diamond status, and type of club/resort.
