originated in Tampa, Florida in 1989 as F&G Real Properties, Inc. Like most hotel REIT's, the principles of F&G Real Properties, Inc. purchased property for the purpose of development.

In order to accomplish their goal, the partners in F&G Real Properties, Inc. brought together a wealth of talent in hotel and food and beverage operations to operate the development.
Soon, the partners were consulting for and asked to run properties for competitors under management contracts and F&G was created.

Over the next 12 years, F&G evolved from a real estate investment company into the hospitality consulting firm that it is today. Our firm has added experts in hotel and restaurant
operations, training, country clubs, marketing, human resources, MIS, casinos and real estate.
